What is the 14-day free leadership trial?
Leadership can review materials for 14 days with no upfront payment. During the trial, materials are for evaluation only—they may not be printed, copied, shared with trainees, or used for staff training or exam prep. Full training use starts after an annual license is activated.
What does the 80% first-time pass aim mean?
We design materials and mock-exam practice to support strong first-time exam readiness. An 80% first-time pass rate is our performance aim for clinics that use the materials as structured prep—not a guaranteed outcome for every learner or organization.
What are the payment terms?
The leadership trial requires no upfront payment. Annual licenses are invoiced for a 12-month term after you decide to proceed. Payment instructions are included on the invoice. Full training access is released after payment is received.
How fast is setup after I submit the form?
You typically receive a custom invoice and license summary within 1–2 business days. After payment clears, PDF access for your plan is delivered promptly so training leads can deploy materials to staff.
What if we add clinic locations mid-year?
Email us with the updated location count. We will place you in the matching tier (or prepare a custom quote above 15 locations), prorate any difference for the remainder of your term, and issue a supplemental invoice.
Does the annual fee include content updates?
Yes. During an active license term, you receive ongoing updates we release for clarity or to reflect publicly announced changes related to RBT task-list / testing guidance. Renewal continues update eligibility for the next term.
Is this the same as the $45 personal bundle on the main store?
No. The individual store sells single-user personal licenses for one learner (one-time purchase). B2B annual tiers are organizational training licenses priced by clinic volume. Consumer packs are listed only at the bottom of this page for reference.
Can we use the free mock exam with our staff?
Yes. The timed mock exam on this site is free for everyone and works well as a readiness check alongside your licensed study packs.
